I think its to do with your brain not quite shutting down. The REM sleep (when you dream) is not deep sleep, and so if you have problems sleeping then you are probably going to have a lot of crazy dreams. But its a step in the right direction. Hopefully you're sleep pattern will settle and you'll get more deep sleep. You'll still dream as you come in and out of deep sleep, but you might remember them less.

I don't know if this happens to you, but I have the added thing of whatever thing shuts off your physical movement when you sleep doesn't quite work for me. I don't think I actually sleepwalk, but I do sit up, open my eyes (I've been told), thrash around, and sometimes even engage in combat; so that I sometimes wake up more physically tired than when I went to sleep. Our brains are weird things, aren't they.Mairehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06110865608550754101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23144980.post-59829228008222416152008-01-16T13:16:00.000+08:002008-01-16T13:16:00.000+08:00I hope so too...I hope so too...Terra Shieldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00039195435967190497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23144980.post-20444415226340720332008-01-16T10:13:00.000+08:002008-01-16T10:13:00.000+08:00Now that last one was wacky. I hope your dreams settle down soon, and then maybe the insomnia will stay away for awhile.Travis Codyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06192526507760146748noreply@blogger.com
